As a holder of the TASC3 IQC, the Chemonics Consortium provides technical resources from which missions and bureaus may draw to meet broad-based or specific population, health, infectious disease, and nutrition support requirements. The consortium will promote the increase of population, health, and nutrition (PHN) services through service delivery, health policy reform, community mobilization and behavior change, monitoring and evaluation, capacity building, and commodities system management.
